My name is Emilie Maeder, I am 21 years old and I am a stylist and costume designer. After obtaining a CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) in clothing design, an N’Mod diploma and an artistic vocational baccalaureate in La Chaux-de-Fonds, I continued my training in theatre costume design at the EPAI in Fribourg.

I have always been involved in the performing arts (theatre, music, musical theatre), which naturally led me to the world of costume design. I have worked on various projects, notably at the Lausanne Opera House for several operas, but also at the ITW (Dublin) on « The Little Mermaid » and at the Gaiety Theatre (Dublin) on « La Traviata ».

I am passionate about cinema, particularly period films, and dream of putting my skills to use in creating film costumes.
